Celebrating success

We’re still buzzing from the excitement!

In April we celebrated with a party to reflect on some of our achievements and to introduce our ambitious new five-year strategy!

The room was full of people who have been part of our journey, and those we hope to be part of our future narrative. We invited all our stakeholders - young babies, their grownups, older people from care homes and assisted living schemes, care home staff, volunteers, our Songs & Smiles leaders, partners, funders, supporters, trustees and some of our new neighbours.

Our friend Anthea Turner came along and gave a great speech about how important intergenerational activities are to everyone involved and, in true Blue Peter style, judged our self-portrait competition!

All in all we had an amazing afternoon and want to thank everyone who joined us.

“It was a very special day, surrounded by our biggest supporters. We were thrilled some of our beneficiaries were able to join us. We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who celebrated with us - big things are on the horizon for The Together Project - watch this space 💫”
- Louise Goulden, Founder and CEO of The Together Project

“A brilliant afternoon, so full of joy and possibility, excited to find out more of what is on your horizon!” - Clare Richmond, Leadership Coach and Author of The Scavenger Mindset

“It was an absolute pleasure to be invited. Such a lovely afternoon. You should all be hugely proud of all that you have achieved and how much pure joy you have and continue to spread.”
- Victoria Cozens, Perky Blenders Coffee Roasters

“At Pressplus, we love supporting a good cause and The Together Project are most definitely that. It was a lovely afternoon seeing the progress this amazing charity has made, and the next steps in their strategy to continue securing vital funding to enable them to keep helping communities.”
- Lisa Henry, Pressplus
